I hope that you are all super excited and getting ready for this trip! Here are the first of many details I will be getting to you.
First of all, you need to know that what I tell you is always subject to change by your ministry contact. So with that said, ladies, you will need to have long skirts and shirts that cover your shoulders (tee shirts are fine) any time you are outside of the house. This includes but is not limited to, any and all ministry sites and any church event that you will go to.
Second thing, you need to know that if your ministry contact, leader, or host ever ask you to cover up a tattoo or remove a piercing we expect you to respect them and comply.
I sent out an email this week as a reminder that I need you to fill out all of your medical information and upload your passport. If you have not done that, please log onto your profile and fill that out. Also your medical insurance needs to be an INTERNATIONAL plan. Please call me if there is any confusion on this.
