- That everything we do is God-breathed
- Team Unity
- Adventures in Missions Staff
- Financial Support
- Our continual growth in Christ's Word so we can deliver it to the best of our abilities (2 Timothy 3:16-17, 4:2)
- All doubts and fears will be silenced
- Training Camp
- Travel to and from Uganda (weather, luggage, entrance into Africa)
- Hearts of the people will be wide open and ready to hear the word of God!
- Safety
- Health
- Our leaders in Uganda
- God's light flows through each and every action we make
- Continual renewal of our spirits while there
- Continual energy to take on everyday as a brand new day in the Lord
- Physical strength
- That we each have a broken heart for every person we meet
- Courage to do whatever God asks of us
- A flexible spirit
- Homesickness
- Language barrier (and that it is not an issue)
- No distractions before and during the trip so that our hearts and minds can be focused
- Restful nights
- Smooth entrance & settlement into the new environment
- That we recognize God's timing
- Sensitivity to the Holy Spirit
- Availibility (like Philip in Acts 8: 26-39)
- That we are able to listen at all times and hear God's word
- That seeds will be planted for future harvest or that we will harvest seeds that are ready to be harvested!
- Strength as we leave (saying bye to the people)
- Travel home
- Memories will last and stay on the forefront of our minds so that we will be constantly reminded of all the wonderful miracles God will show us there
- That God uses this trip to further our love for all of His people
- Our fire for God continues to burn so brightly as we travel and settle back into the States
