Hey guys, so my name is Samantha,
or Samm, doesn't matter to me (: I'm 17 and will actually be having my 18^th
birthday while on our trip, which I'm super excited about. I'm from Chicago, and I love it. I
love the city life. I graduated high school a semester early, so I've
had the past few months to just kind of relax and get everything together for
this trip and for college. I'll be attending University of Montana
in the fall studying Wild Life Biology. I know, moving from Chicago
to Montana is
going to be tough, but I'm really excited for the change and I just feel God calling me there. (: I have always been in love with Africa, ever since I can remember. I just know God has
put it in my heart for a reason, and I know He needs me to be there. That's
what lead my on my first missions trip last year to South Africa for twenty days, and
it's what's bringing me back this summer for even longer! If I could move there
right now, I would, it's where I see my life taking place. I love music, but am not musically
talented in any way, which is unfortunate. I love just being around people in
any way, playing volleyball, watching movies, and of course traveling. Basically anything involving being around other people. I'm so excited to get back to Africa
this summer, and even more excited to meet all of you! Praying for you all and
the trip! Can't wait to see all the things God has to show us in Uganda!
