Hi everyone! My name is Danielle Peddy. Im 20 years old. I was raised in a typical small town Texas country home and absolutely loved every minute of it. It's definitely where my heart is :) I grew up in Seminole Texas and Canyon Texas. I have an older brother who is one of my very best friends. I'm a Junior at Texas A&M University and will be graduating in December--Crazzyyy!! I am majoring in Psychology and have worked with a local non profit organization working with the kids of Bryan for the past 3 years. I am planning to go to Seminary for Christian counseling and hope to work in a similar place as I do now! I come from a huge family and have always had a huge passion for kids. I have been given a love for missions and could not be more excited to go to Uganda!!
I love people. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. Music is a big component of my life and I just recently learned to play the guitar-so much fun! When I'm not spending time at school or work I love being outside. I'm a fan of camping, fishing, sunsets, taking lots of pictures, playing board games, random adventures and having low key movie nights :)
I'm a very forward person and like to talk about things. I like to talk about whats on my mind. I have a pretty huge past and growing up was very different but those things made me into who I am today and I could not be more thankful for them! My heart and thoughts have changed so much in the past 8 months that it's so crazy to look back on. God has transformed me and absolutely captivated me. I couldn't be more thankful for the opportunity to spend time with these kids and just love on them the way that the Lord loved and is still loving on me. I have been completely restored and theres nothing that can take that away...its indescribable!

"Making disciples mean planting seeds, it means doing something for someone in hopes that one day they will find what you already have. I am not asking you to convert anyone, I am asking all of us to get out of the comfort zone we are all way too accustomed to and fulfill what we were all created for..."
With Love,
Danielle Peddy :)
