My name is Sarah-Jane and I am so incredibly excited about sharing life with you guys over the next several months!!  God has already been opening my heart in amazing ways and I can't believe this is only just the beginning!

 

I live in Athens, GA with my family and I've lived there just about my whole life.  I just turned 22 about a month ago and I am a fourth year at Gainesville State College and the University of Georgia (but hopefully it will just be completely UGA by the time we leave).  I am a psychology major studying to be a marine animal trainer.  I love absolutely anything involving the water and I love animals so it just seemed fitting and I can't wait to get more into it!!  I absolutely love playing volleyball, playing any kind of games (board games, card games, whatever), music, watchingcollectingquoting movies, art, and traveling.  And I smile and laugh a lot!

 

I live with my parents and I have an older sister and younger brother who are both in college but not in Athens.  I was raised in a Christian household and my parents have been the best influence to me I could ever ask for!  We are a very close family and the Lord has truly blessed me with such a strong support system!  This will be the sixth mission trip God has blessed me with.  I have been to Central America a few times and two summers ago the Lord called me to go to Indonesia for a month.  Each trip has been uniquely different and I can't wait to see how amazing Uganda is going to be!  I am joining all of you in praying for this trip in so many different ways and thanking God for this amazing calling He has given all of us!!  I can't wait to meet yall in person!
